LinkedIn marketing and lead generation

LinkedIn does not need more posting. It needs a reason for the right person to reply.

Your company page can support the sale, but people still buy from people. We turn the expertise already inside your business into credible profiles, useful content and a measured route from recognition to conversation.

You are the marketing department, the salesperson and the person doing the work. We make LinkedIn earn its time by sharpening what you are known for, building a repeatable content system and starting conversations that do not read like automation.

Three minutes, twelve questions, no email needed to see or copy your result.

Where we come in

Three versions of the same quiet problem

LinkedIn looks busy. The sales pipeline does not. Usually the gap is one of these.

You are visible enough to feel exposed and not clear enough to be remembered. Usually the gap is one of these.

01

The company posts. Nobody in the company does.

The page publishes announcements to people who already know the name while the experts buyers would trust remain invisible. We put those people at the centre and let the page provide the proof behind them.

02

Activity is reported. Revenue is not.

Impressions climbed, followers grew and everybody received a green arrow. Nobody can show which post started a sales conversation or which conversation became work. We build that line before adding volume.

03

The sales team sounds like one automated person.

Connection, pitch, follow-up, silence. The system is efficient at creating rejection. We replace the sequence with account research, relevant triggers and messages a real person would plausibly send.

01

Your headline is a job title, not a reason to care.

Founder. Consultant. Director. All true, none useful. The person landing on your profile still has to work out who you help and why you are different. Most will not do the work.

02

A good post brings applause and no enquiries.

The idea was useful and the comments were kind, but the profile did not finish the sale. There was no proof, no focused offer and no comfortable next step for somebody who was interested but not ready to call.

03

Outreach keeps moving to tomorrow.

You know who would value the work and hate sending cold messages. Sensible. We build a small, researched routine around useful openings and honest follow-up, without handing your reputation to a bot.

The five-second profile lab

Your headline has one job: make the right stranger read the next line

Paste the headline you use now and write the opening of your next post. The preview puts them together the way a prospect actually sees them, then checks five basics. Nothing leaves this page.

Build the first impression

No AI score and no promise of reach. Just a useful check against clarity, specificity and what happens next.

    The LinkedIn scorecard

Twelve questions, a score out of a hundred, and the three things worth fixing first

It scores the system rather than your popularity: position, proof, conversations and pipeline. Your answers stay in this browser and disappear when you close the tab.

LinkedIn opportunity scoreQuestion 1 of 12

    What we actually do

Six jobs, joined up from profile visit to sales conversation

You can bring us in for the whole system or the part that is currently breaking it. Either way, one senior person remains responsible for the thread.

    01Positioning

The people you need to reach, the expensive problem you are credible on, the language those buyers use and the point of view only your experience can support.

    02Profiles and pages

Personal profiles that make expertise legible, a company page that proves the business exists, and featured material that gives interest somewhere useful to go.

    03Content system

Named themes, interview-led source material, a workable cadence and posts that sound like the people whose names are on them. No borrowed thought leadership.

    04Conversation routine

A short daily practice for comments, introductions and follow-up, built around relevance and timing rather than a target for connection requests.

    05Lead generation

Account lists, buying signals, research, careful messages and follow-up that leaves the door open. Automation can organise the work, never impersonate the person.

    06Measurement

Profile visits, replies and meetings mapped to opportunities and work won. Reach remains useful context, but it does not get to masquerade as the result.

    The pipeline maths

Work backwards from the clients, not forwards from the impressions

This does not forecast what LinkedIn will deliver. It shows the size of the system your commercial goal requires, so the plan can be judged before the activity starts.

Straight arithmetic, not a performance promise. It deliberately does not invent a connection acceptance or cold-response rate, because the best LinkedIn opportunities often begin with content, referrals and existing networks rather than a message sequence.

A thousand impressions cannot miss a target. A sales opportunity can. That is why the report starts at the bottom of the funnel.

    How it runs

The first ninety days, without the content treadmill

Enough time to fix the foundation, publish with consistency and see whether the right conversations are beginning. Then we decide together what deserves to continue.

    01

    Listen

Profiles, pages, sales material, recent posts, existing network and the accounts you actually want. We interview the people whose knowledge has never made it into marketing.

    02

    Make the position legible

Profiles, page, proof and content themes are rebuilt around one commercial argument. You approve the words before anything changes publicly.

    03

    Publish and converse

A sustainable cadence, thoughtful comments, selective introductions and follow-up. Every post has a job and every message has a human reason to exist.

    04

    Follow the money

Monthly review from replies to meetings to pipeline. We repeat what moved the right people and stop what merely made the graph look lively.

    Before you ask

The questions that come up on every first LinkedIn call

Do you write posts in my name?

Yes, but only from your source material and with your approval. We interview you, work from real experiences and keep a record of the words and positions that sound like you. A polished post that could belong to any consultant is not thought leadership, it is wallpaper.

Do I need a company page or a personal profile?

Usually both, but they do different jobs. People create recognition and trust; the company page supplies institutional proof, employment context and a home for paid activity. If time is limited, we normally make the relevant people credible first and keep the page useful rather than busy.

Can you do LinkedIn lead generation without spam?

Yes, by keeping the lists narrow, researching why contact is timely, making messages genuinely personal and accepting that some people will not want to reply. We do not use mass connection requests, fake engagement or automated conversations that pretend to be written by you.

    Do you use Sales Navigator?

When the target market is specific enough to justify it. It is excellent for building and monitoring account lists, but access to more filters does not repair a weak offer or an irrelevant message. We settle the position before adding a tool.

Should everybody in the business be posting?

No. Start with the people who have useful expertise, commercial relevance and a willingness to show up consistently. Three credible people are more valuable than thirty employees being chased for compulsory posts.

    What about LinkedIn Ads?

They can work well for high-value B2B offers, account-based campaigns, events and retargeting. They are rarely the first repair. We make the message and the landing journey credible before paying to put them in front of more people.

How quickly should we expect leads?

A profile fix can improve the next conversation immediately. A dependable content-led pipeline takes longer, usually a few months before the pattern is meaningful. Direct outreach can move faster when the offer, list and timing are strong. We agree the leading indicators for the first ninety days without pretending they are revenue.

    What does LinkedIn support cost?

It depends on how many profiles are involved, whether we are producing content, supporting outreach or running paid campaigns. After the first call you receive the scope and price on one page, with no long contract hidden behind it.

Is anything I type into this page stored?

No. The headline lab, scorecard and pipeline calculator run in your browser. The text and answers disappear when the tab closes and are not sent to us. If you copy your score, that copy goes only to your own clipboard. Our privacy notice explains the rest of the site.
